Mark Behrman

Mark Behrman

Mark is young and already has miles of experience. He loves training all year long and has been fortunate to not have any major injuries in his 10+ years experience in the sport of running/triathlon. The mantra that motivates him to continue crushing his goals is It will never get easier. I’ll just get better. And he has!

With hard work and perseverance, Mark has earned a new personal record for his 5k at 19:35 which is over 20 seconds faster than his high school time. His advice he wishes he had when he first started training is Patience is a virtue. Nothing running related happens overnight.

After finishing a long race, Mark doesn’t quit and uses his experience to recover by hydrating and stretching so he can be ready for his next training session quickly and efficiently. His favorite personal record was in February 2021 after knocking 10 minutes off his previous 10k with an impressive time of 41:32.
